The returns of unused goods are accepted within 14 days after delivery. The customer is responsible for properly packing and shipping the goods back. The returns of used products are only acceptable in case of a defective product.
Each product comes with a different warranty policy; please read it carefully before placing your order. You are responsible for customs clearance and any possible customs fees when I send a replacement unit in case of a warranty claim.
In the European Union I collect VAT amount specified by the corresponding state, for example in Sweden it's 25%, in Germany it's 19%, in Poland it's 23%. VAT Rates in Europe 2024.
The VAT tax is not collected for international orders from the customers outside of the EU but customer is responsible for customs clearance.
At the moment I do not have a United Kingdom VAT registration, thus I can only offer shipping of orders over £135. You can read more here - Charging VAT when selling to the UK.

My goal is to offer worldwide shipping but certain countries have complicated taxation rules that I am not able to fulfill at the moment. Feel free to contact me if your country is not listed in the shipping destination.
